About Heroes Helping Heroes Illinois
Heroes Helping Heroes Illinois was founded on a simple belief: those who dedicate their lives to serving others deserve a community that stands beside them. As a nonprofit organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, we are committed to supporting Veterans, Active Military, First Responders, Healthcare Professionals, Educators, and all individuals who serve in helping professions.
Serving the south suburbs of Chicago and surrounding Illinois communities, our chapter exists to connect heroes and their families with the people, programs, and resources that can make a meaningful difference. We believe that no one should have to navigate life's challenges alone, especially those who have devoted themselves to helping others.
Who We Are
Founded in September 2025 by Dru Wischhover, Heroes Helping Heroes Illinois grew from the community give-back initiatives of Inspired Title Group, Inc. Recognizing the need for stronger connections between local heroes and the many organizations ready to support them, our chapter was established to serve as a trusted resource, advocate, and bridge within the community.
We believe that meaningful support begins with meaningful relationships. By partnering with nonprofits, businesses, service organizations, and community leaders, we help ensure our heroes know where to turn when they need assistance, recognition, or encouragement.

How We Serve
Heroes Helping Heroes Illinois serves as a resource hub for our local heroes by connecting individuals with trusted community organizations, support services, educational opportunities, and wellness initiatives.
Through events such as our annual golf outing, mental health discussions and community panels, recognition programs, and collaborative partnerships, we work to strengthen both the individuals who serve and the communities they protect.
Every partnership, volunteer, sponsor, and supporter helps us expand our reach and ensure that our heroes know they are seen, appreciated, and never alone.
